All our practitioners apply trauma-informed approaches — recognising the role of past trauma in present behaviour and creating a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic environment.
Programs and therapy are grounded in established therapeutic frameworks including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and criminogenic risk principles.
